REVISED in JANUARY Site Administrator-new position Children’s Hospital,  Detriot, MI area, Position reports to the COO who will be at the main campus. (The CEO is in the process of hiring for this position) This means the SITE DIRECTOR will be the top leadership person at this new facility. Oversees the operations of the facility-will have Level II Emergency Services, Outpatient Surgical Services, sub specialty Ambulatory Services and Observation Services, but not inpatient beds. Person directs performance of all services and programs at the facility within established quality and fiscal performance parameters. While working collaboratively with other affiliated facility leaders and through subordinate facility personnel, implements activities and processes to ensure high quality patient care, optimal patient experience and efficient patient throughput. Requirements:  Master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or service related health care discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
