Regional Human Resources Director, Southeast – 12 hospital region Lead the processes for administrative team talent of selection, onboarding, development, and performance management of top roles and hospital teams in partnership with the Regional Senior Vice Presidents; Provides Regional human resources services to the regional teams, including sourcing, development, performance management and employee relations. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is strongly preferred.  A SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) or similar designation is desired. Progressive human resources leadership experience in all functional areas is required, including a minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience, is required.  Must possess a broad knowledge of employment practices and human resources functions. Demonstrated experience with JCAHO. Knowledge of employee and labor relations and contract administration, compliance, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, unemployment, recruiting, retention, HRIS Systems, healthcare trends and legislation combined with strong business acumen. Strong ability to develop training topics and materials based on feedback from the constituents.  Excellent consulting and facilitation skills.
