This person will eventually be groomed in a succession plan to SVP. The person is over the 100 bed post acute service line located across three campus locations (30-36 beds). The hospital is going thru Magnet approval. Must have a BA/BS in nursing and a Masters in Nursing or Hospital administration. Person must be a strong leader who can function independently. Strong physician relations skills essential and must be an excellent communicator. Salary in the $165,000 range with 15% bonus potential. Knowledgeable of physical, social and mental health requirements of adult day care and PACE. Prefer Public Health Nursing or home health background.
