The latter is a joint effort between the IPA and the  Hospital to recruit physicians to the area. The foundation is physician centric and has partnered with the hospital to enhance the stability of the local medical community while retaining the autonomy of local physicians and allowing them to put the patient first. There are approximately 250-300 employees across all three entities. Bachelor’s degree, Master’s highly desirable; CPA required; 12+ years broad financial experience; Healthcare experience is a must, IPA experience is ideal. Reports to the CEO and  managing a finance and accounting team of 7, group is seeking to hire a controller which they hope to bring in after the CFO is hired.
