Human Resources Director-West Texas. The Reports to the CEO and is a member of Senior Leadership. Supervises three staff members:  Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and Educator. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of personnel policies, wage and salary   administration, benefits administration, recruitment and retention of staff, and all aspects of employee relations for the hospital. This includes the overall operation of the Human Resources Department, including establishing goals, procedures, and standards. Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required. Three years’ experience in Human Resources Management required, strongly preferred in a hospital. Healthcare HR experience is highly preferred.  HR Certification Preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of human resources administration, developing, and implementing policies and procedures, management practices, equal employment opportunity concepts and legal requirements, and salary administration is required.
